Colour laser belongs in an office printing marketing material, proposals or colour reports daily that needs fast output and sharp text. Faster than inkjet on large batches, and more consistent when the same file is printed a hundred times.

printer Canon i-SENSYS LBP654Cx Price on request Supplied to order When colour printing is daily and in volume, or when you need the exact same colour on every copy. If colour is occasional, or you print photographs, inkjet or MAXIFY is far cheaper per page.
These take four toner cartridges — black, cyan, magenta and yellow — each replaced separately. Note that a colour page draws on all three colours at once, so it costs noticeably more than a mono page. The right cost calculation is based on your actual print mix, not the headline number.
Good enough for reports and brochures, but not a substitute for a photo printer. If photographic output is core to your work, a PIXMA or an imagePROGRAF PRO is the right choice.
Models starting with MF are multifunction (print, copy, scan); models starting with LBP print only. That distinction holds across the whole i-SENSYS range.
Normal office use needs no scheduled servicing beyond replacing toner and the drum unit per the counter. ITCO provides local technical support and service contracts for businesses.
